You can get value with one hour a week. Show up to one live coaching call, watch one training, post one question in the community. That's enough to keep moving. The moms who go deepest spend 2-3 hours a week, but you don't need to.

Every call is recorded and added to the vault the next day. If you can't come live, you can submit your question in advance and watch the answer in the replay. You're never behind.
